This pristine and contemporary chalet is perched on Schroon Lake's western shoreline, offering its own dock, a rounded-pebble beach, and a spacious interior with room for everyone. Enter from the side door into the main level, which offers a kitchen with gleaming countertops and beautiful hickory cabinets. There's a spacious great room and dining area with hand-hewn chairs. You'll also find hardwood floors and stunning views.
The master bedroom upstairs is located just off the balcony catwalk, and the lowest level has a rec room with books, videos, and board games. There's also a laundry area on the lower level. Large patio doors lead out to a landscaped grassy area with a slate patio and hammock, with a set of stairs leading down to the private dock and shoreline with amazing views of the lake and the mountaintops.
