Camp Braswell is a friendly clean and welcoming get-a-way. This retreat is special in so many ways especially to our family. We hope you enjoy the lake front location and very specious park like yard with swings and benches. With an acre parking boat trailers is simple. The nearest boat launch is only 2 miles away. Simply launch your boat and tie up to the pier provided. Outside hook up is provided to recharge batteries.The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and enjoy your meals. The laundry room boasts brand new washer and dryer.
Three bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin/full bunk and the third bedroom has a twin and full bed.
The pier is a perfect place to fish catch sun or tie your boat.
The city of Guntersville is 2 miles away. Grocery stores, locally owned shops, churches and restaurants are all minutes away.

Summary: Honestly, after seeing some of the reviews, I almost didn't book this place, but I am so happy that I did. There was plenty of room for us and we had some friends and family over to grill, watch football and boat during the daytime hours and we enjoyed ourselves so much. There are cornhole boards, a firepit (that we thoroughly enjoyed, huge deck and the location is perfect. The sail boat club next door allowed us to dock our pontoon there overnight as the eel grass was all over the dock for the rental, but that is just Lake Guntersville right now. This is no fault of the owner of this property. We would definitely book this place again! Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of the lake with us!
