Explore the many private coves with the 4 kayaks provided for guests or rent a pontoon boat at one of the nearby marinas and cruise the lake in style! Bring your pole and try your luck at catching one of the lakes trophy sized striped bass, spotted bass and largemouth bass. Just a 20 minute drive away, the historic town of Blue Ridge offers a quaint train ride and many interesting shops as well as a variety of outstanding restaurants.
This spacious lakeside home with dock is about 2 hours from Atlanta, Chattanooga and Knoxville. This house is great place for all your family gatherings after a fun day of seeing the sights!
Enjoy a large main floor great room with a large sectional, a wood burning fireplace and a Roku TV for watching streaming your favorite shows. On the main floor there is also a spacious kitchen fully stocked with all of your cooking needs as well as a dining table for 10. Additional seating outside on the large covered deck with a stunning view of the lake offers a grill and patio table and chairs, the perfect place for outdoor eating! The large backyard leads down a gentle slope to the cove where we have a private dock on the lake and kayaks for your paddling pleasure. There is even a fire pit where you can relax, roast marshmallows and enjoy the stars at night!
The downstairs features a large game room with pool table, and two other game tables, bar area, and another family room to gather and stream movies.
This home is the perfect place for large groups, families or friends to gather!
MAIN FLOOR:
1 Master Bedroom: Queen bed
The main floor Master suite has a Roku TV, and a spacious full adjoining bath, walk in shower and garden tub.
2 Bedroom:
The main floor also has a queen bedroom with a full bath just across the hall.
3 Bedroom:
The third spacious bedroom includes a full and a twin trundle bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment needed to cook for large family gatherings.
GROUND LEVEL:
4 Bedroom:
This bedroom has 2 sets of Bunkbeds and is right next to the game room with an air hockey table, foosball and pool table
5 bedroom:
This cozy bedroom, with lake views has a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom
There is an additional TV in the lower level family room and a small bar on the for hanging out while playing games

THINGS TO NOTE: Lake Nottely is a TVA "working lake" and they do a major draw-down every year, usually right after Labor Day. Our cove goes away until next season. That means boating and fishing will not be available from the dock from mid-September through the end of April. There is still plenty of water in the lake, but the dock is unusable then.
