This cottage at Secret Point is the answer to all your vacation needs! Not Affected by the short term rental changes and Avaliable to rent this season 2024. Whether you want to just relax and enjoy the stunning views, go for a swim off the bottom of the cottage or let the kids play on the shore while you sit ten feet away on a great patio with a beverage in your hand this place has it all. Bring your boat and take in some water sports, shoot a round of golf our home will have you feeling like you should never leave.
The air-conditioned cottage comes complete with three queen beds and one pull out queen for additional guests. Two full bathrooms one with a tub/shower combo the other with a rain shower head, blow dryer and straightener also supplied. Full kitchen complete with moveable island, equipped with all your cooking essentials pots/pans , plates/bowls, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, kettle, spices and MORE!!
BBQ, Washer/dryer and iron. Electric Fireplace, free wifi, TV with DVD player As well as several DVD movies to choose from. The cottage boasts two outside decks as well as three outdoor levels of entertaining areas. All complete with loungers and patio furniture to take In all the sun! BEST feature is the LARGE patio area just steps off the water with the largest outdoor space at Secret Point. Private bouy for use only by cottage 12 tenants, please let us know before hand if you plan to bring a boat as well as the size of boat. BBQ provided as well as some outdoor fun supplies (tubes, dingy, water guns ...)
