The perfect mountain escape directly on the lake. The stunning lake view makes it the prime location for families looking for a getaway or for a few friends in need of a relaxing waterfront escape. Spacious deck extends the living space into the outdoors. Smart Tvs, ping pong table, pool table, and mini air-hockey table. Central A.C. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and all guests are required to be equally respectful - absolutely NO parties, rowdy behavior, or loud groups. Pet friendly (+$15/night).

- The dock is a great for fishing. NO launching of your own personal watercraft on the lake
- Small charcoal grill for grilling
- Furniture on the deck for outdoor seating (removed for winter)

- Keurig Duo machine makes carafes of drip coffee and single k-cups (k-cup insert provided to use grounds)
Bedrooms:

- Second Bedroom: 2 sets of twin log bunkbeds with (4 twin beds total), large walk-in closet, and window nook with a bench seat
- Third Bedroom: queen log bedframe, large walk-in closet, window nook with a bench seat, located on the first floor

- Open: The pool, beach for sitting only, softball field, playground, volleyball court, basketball courts, tennis/pickle ball courts. Pool and Beach Hours are 11am-6pm everyday until Labor Day Weekend
-Closed: As of 8/10/22, the swimming area is temporarily closed due to high e-coli readings.
Due to community regulations, renters may not launch your own boat, kayak, paddle board, raft, or other watercraft in the lake.
FIRE PITS/OUTDOOR FIRES/FIREWORKS
Fire pits and any outdoor fires are absolutely strictly prohibited in Towamensing Trails for rental use. Fireworks of any kind, no matter how small, are absolutely prohibited by the association. These rules are seriously enforced by community security and the neighbors.
PETS
Pets are welcome, but there is an additional $15/night fee. Must be fully house trained. Also, while the house is fully cleaned between guests, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free house for guests with sensitive pet allergies.

- Bathroom: 2 rolls toilet paper, hand soap

TVs
There are 3 Smart Tvs, a 55" Samsung in the living room, a 55" Samsung in the king bedroom, and a 50" Amazon Fire in the sunroom. They are not connected to cable. You can login to your own subscription accounts, such as Netflix or Hulu. You can also view free tv shows, movies, and music through the apps.
PASSES/WRISTBANDS
The community requires vehicles to have a car/trash pass and wristbands for amenity access (children 2 and under do not need one). Before check-in you will be required to give your vehicle information and mailing address in order to receive your car pass(es) and wristbands that will be available to you at the house once you arrive. You will not be able to check-in until after your passes are issued - ALL vehicles require a car pass to park at the house. You may not add additional vehicles last minute, however it may be possible to update the plate number if you need to switch vehicles.
TRASH
Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster (8 mins away) using their trash pass. Trash is open Mon/Wed/Fri 7-3pm, Tues/Thurs 11-7pm, and Sat/Sun 7-7pm. No trash or trash bags of any kind is permitted to be stored outside the house at any time, if reported there is a $300+ fine in accordance with community rules. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Please read the trash schedule and coordinate accordingly depending on when you are checking-out as any trash left behind (either bagged or loose) will result in additional fees. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes. Any dirty dishes in the sink, counters, or anywhere else will result in additional fines.
SNOW
During winter there is a plow service that will plow the driveway and shovel a path to the front door after the completion of storms over 6" - you must move your vehicle(s) to the street first. The driveway is gravel and the plow truck will not plow any snow under 6." There is a shovel and salt stored at the house for your convenience. Please take this into consideration when booking during the snowy months.
OTHER
Must be over 25 yrs old to book and the booking guest must actively stay at the house for the duration of the reservation.
Guests are not permitted to smoke any substances (cigarettes, vape, e-cigarettes, hookah, incense, etc) inside the house or within 10 feet of the house outdoors.
Guests are required to read and follow the Towamensing Trail's Rules of Conduct. Loud parties, rowdiness, or disorderly behavior is strictly prohibited and subject to fines and/or reservation cancellation.
