5 Bedroom House with Parking, TV and Security
This home is located on beautiful Lake Hartwell. We are just off the Interstate for convenient access to everything, but far enough away that there is no noise. Clemson University is under 30 minutes, University of Georgia less than an hour. The house is nearly 5000 square feet of living area with a huge deck overlooking the lake. The house has been remodeled from top to bottom and has all the amenities you would desire. There are three bedrooms on the first floor all with king beds and their own bath. Downstairs there is another huge bedroom with two queen beds and two bathrooms. There is a loft with four twin beds. The kitchen features new appliances and a convection oven. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook for a large group. The custom built farmhouse dining table is a great spot to gather for family meals and board games. The great room is enormous and features soaring ceilings and a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace. There is a huge deck overlooking the lake with a gas barbecue. Downstairs there is another complete house! A full living room with air hockey table and another wood burning fireplace and a complete kitchen and living room. The downstairs living room has an air hockey table for family fun. There is also a billiard room with a bar. There is a ping pong table on the downstairs sun porch. There is a dock and two personal watercraft docks. The walk to the lake is gradual and is via a paved path. There is a shaded beach area and an outdoor area for a fire.
There is a big front yard for games on the grassy area. The driveway has a gate and when closed the area is completely fenced. This house is fully equipped. We have a kayak and several paddle-boards for entertainment. There is direct tv service and great wifi service. There are 5 televisions, two in the living rooms and three in bedrooms. The location on the lake is perfect. Near Harbour Light Marina and several boat ramps. You will have a great vacation! One week stays are required. Last minute may consider shorter stays.
