Lakefront cottage! Chautauqua Lake at it's best! Cozy and extremely comfortable cottage with a dock, deck, fire pit, walls of windows, and much more! Enjoy your coffee on the deck or on the dock! Sit and enjoy a crackling fire right next to the water and take in the beautiful scenery! Close to everything the area has to offer including Chautauqua Institution, snow-mobile trails, and restaurants, shops, and stores. Main floor bedroom, Queen, and bath. Finished basement area sleeps two with a queen bed and a twin bed! Loft sleeps four with four twin beds! The home is professionally managed by the VanDyke Agency LLC. Cleaning is handled by a professional cleaning company to ensure quality. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting is taking place between each arrival. We provide towels, washcloths, and toiletry items! Beds are made and set with mattress covers, sheets, and pillow cases. We do not provide blankets and pillows due to the impracticality of laundering and disinfecting between every stay. Please remember to bring them! Kitchens are stocked with all the essential plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Bring food and drink and enjoy! Minimum age for primary Guest is 25. Photo ID for verification is required. Parties or events not allowed. Reservations during the peak season are from Saturday to Saturday.
