Newly renovated camper located on a nice lot on the main channel of Lake Wylie. If you’re looking to unplug and relax this is the place for you . Enjoy swimming, fishing, relaxing by the fire pit or sitting on the dock soaking in the sun. If you want to get out Downtown Belmont is a short drive away with shops and restaurants. Lake Wylie and Fort Mill are also a short drive away. It’s minutes from South Point boat landing if you want to bring your boat, jet ski or kayak there is a small pier to tie up to. Please bring plenty of buoys as we are on the main channel. There is plenty of room to park your boat trailer as long as you can maneuver around a few trees. Very clean, family friendly property. You can sit in a rocker and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and deer. The camper sits at the top of the property. The camper has a microwave, coffee maker, and a table top electric grill. Also available is a charcoal grill beside the camper. We have a hammock to relax and read a book or just enjoy the scenery.
There is a lake front fire pit but you need to bring your own firewood or if you want you can collect wood from the property and burn it. The fishing is great from the pier. Fall is a great time of year to enjoy the tree colors. The camper has A/C and an electric heater. It is perfect for a couple. One dog is allowed please clean up after them and cover the furniture, also the neighbors have dogs so be aware. Enjoy
