Large 5 bedroom 4.5 bath 4400 SF home with lake view and lots of space to hang out inside and out. On main level enjoy 12 month unobstructed lake view from screened in porch where you can watch tv and enjoy a warm fire.
On basement level enjoy lake view on covered paver patio while cooking a grand slam breakfast on the Blackstone griddle and or burgers, steaks and hotdogs on the Webber grill for dinner. After dinner enjoy a game of cornhole on the lush lawn in backyard right off pato. If you get thirsty enjoy an ice cold bottled soda out of the vintage coke machine. There's also plenty of life jackets available for toddlers to adults.
Walk through back yard, down a few steps and another 100ft to the community boat dock amd enjoy a little fishing or go kayaking for the day. (3 kayaks provided). NO swimming off docks or at boat ramp. Optional 23ft 150hp tritoon for rent.
Back up at the house walk through French doors off patio into billiard room to shoot a game of pool. When finished with that game place table tennis on top of pool table and have a blast playing ping pong. Billiard room includes a full kitchen so you don't have to go upstairs. While hanging in basement enjoy smart tv's in each room. If you get the urge to work out enjoy the well equipped basement gym.
Back up on main level enjoy a full service totally remodeled and stocked kitchen, with open concept living room, dining room, and breakfast nook with plenty of dining for 15 people.
For your convenience the community pool is right next door. Walk over and enjoy sun bathing and a dip in pool to cool off.
