You will cherish the sunsets forever on Lake Santa Fe, located in historic Melrose Florida! This private estate has everything you need and will truly feel like a home away from home. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. This home is situated on Melrose Bay which is a "No Wake" section of Lake Santa Fe. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing without the worry of skiers and fast boats.
The home has a large open kitchen, with breathtaking views of the pool and lake. Outside you will find a covered outdoor kitchen area with a gas grill, XL green egg, stove top, 2 beverage refrigerators, a sink, and flat screen tv. You can also take in the views of the lake and pool from the covered lanai, with an adjacent outdoor shower and fire pit. The large deck adjacent to the boat house is a great place to watch the sunset while fishing for the many species of fish found in Lake Santa Fe.

We've recently added a bunk room that is separate from the house, it sleeps 7 (5 twin bunks and one queen bed) and has a full bathroom.
