Positive: No hassle check-in and check-out, good accommodations and sleep areas (so many blankets thank you!), hot tub was hot our entire stay, fairly well stocked kitchen, & great location.
Negative: We had to deal with some bugs in the entry, bathroom and stairs area. Not a deal breaker just a nuisance with a toddler. Bicycles were unusable. Full kitchen set up was great, but realized too late there was no foil or plastic wrap, or a cookie sheet which limited some of our plans including BBQ-ing & dessert.
Summary: Great home away from home at the beach, some hiccups but overall good stay
