The 4 bedrooms include a Master with King on the first floor, two additional bedrooms on first floor with Queen beds. Upstairs bedroom includes 4 twin beds. Additional sleeping available in the basement.
The house has breathtaking views overlooking Hole #14 of the golf course. The kitchen, family room and kitchen offer an open layout with plenty of room to gather, with vaulted ceilings, a huge island, and a stone fireplace. A sitting room off of the family room offers additional space. The backyard is wooded for privacy. With over 3,500 square feet, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather or spread out.
Other features include a large built-in gas grill, a large 2.5 car garage, an electric golf cart, and then a sprawling basement that includes ping pong, pop-a-shot, foosball and Golden Tee! For outdoor, the house includes a built-in firepit along with cornhole, Bocce and Spikeball.
Abbey Springs features an indoor and outdoor pool (with hot tub), private beach access, an award-winning golf course, three restaurants, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and basketball.
