Our modern farmhouse is comfortably appointed with everything you need for a relaxing lake vacation. Our cove is only developed on one side and has very little traffic, which makes it ideal for swimming, floating, kayaking (1 LL Bean kayak provided), paddle boarding (3 provided) or simply relaxing on the dock and enjoying the views of nature (2 custom Adirondack’s on the dock). We are in deep water, regardless of lake levels, and have a single slip covered dock with lift. It is the perfect overnight home for your personal vessel, or you can rent a vessel from either Hartwell Marina (GA) or Big Water Marina (SC), which are both only 15 minutes by water. There’s grassy yard in the front and back for games with kids or tossing a ball around. Downtown Hartwell is a short 12 minute car ride where you can shop, enjoy local restaurants, do a grocery run and more in this charming city. A great place to visit year round!
