1. No walking on the lake in the winter when it is frozen. This could be very dangerous as mishaps could happen.
2. In the summer when using the lake like jackets are required at all times and the life jackets are available in the property.
3. Be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise level low during late hours.

Guests - Booking this house is a consent and an agreement between the guest and the host that any incidents that may happen to the guests on or around the property because of their own carelessness, oversight or negligence will not be held liable against the owners. Since the owner is not on site, It is the guests own responsibility to take care of their belongings and themselves while using and staying in and around the property.
