Summary: Attractive home with good communication from owner. Close proximity to the cultural district, Dickies Arena and the Will Rogers. However, driveway has a VERY STEEP INCLINE with no level area to park outside the house other than in the small garage. Not good if more than one vehicle needs to park at this home. Generally quiet but the neighbors did have a dog barking throughout the night. The rooms were good sized, nice appliances and the beds comfortable. Big showers with rain heads (not personally a fan of those, and shower door gaps made using plenty of towels on the floor a necessity. There was some small maintenance issues but were resolved quickly with communication from the owner who was most pleasant and accomodating. Some residual garbage from the previous tenants but very minor.
