Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Layout of house was excellent and location away from noise of Center Street with easy beach access across the street suited us. The house was clean. There was even a slight ocean view.
Negative: Noise! Really felt we should have had a discount, or at a minimum notification, of two houses being built across the street which started our days with loud beeping before 8 am. Also, we notified folks day 1 of a severely broken handle on the microwave,making it dangerous to use and a broken closet door handle, but never heard from anyone about repairs. Basic upkeep of light bulbs, etc. is not happening in this home.
Summary: Could be very nice!
