The middle level comprises 2 bedrooms and an office space, while the courtyard showcases a waterfall and rock garden. The low level includes a full accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with a kitchen, bedroom, and bath. The property is conveniently located near Thousand Steps Beach and West Street Beach, making it a desirable architectural gem.
