Positive: A mediocre apartment in an excellent position.

Negative: The management company, Sunny Homes, not good at organising things like taxi pick-up, key and address location, not good at providing advice when requested and help when requested. Had difficulty getting deposit back after the holiday and their communication in general was very poor. The apartment looked fine on arrival but there were a number of issues noted over the holiday, the bedding for the double bed was of poor quality and didn’t fit well, the kitchen tap came off during use and flooded the worktop, the frying pans were old and the non-stick had worn off, we had to buy a new pan to be able to cook things without burning them. There was a microwave listed in the advert but this was missing from the kitchen, the shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked during use and in the end we didn’t use it. Nether of the fans in both bathrooms didn’t work which gave some issues with moisture in the apartment. The steel front door was fully exposed to the sun for most of the day which made it expand in its frame and very difficult to un-lock, it had to be pulled tight into the frame to allow the lock to be turned, this was difficult when it was too hot to touch, made it difficult to access the apartment until late afternoon.

Summary: Mediocre apartment managed by a belligerent management company
