Positive: Do not know where to start to explain how friendly and helpful our host Filippo and his daughter Elise were from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay, Their warm and attentive actions made our visit to Sicily most comforting, Filippo continued to go out of his way to assist us and even personally facilitated our payment for a parking ticket(driver beware lol)

Negative: GPS has hard time navigating at times the close and narrow streets in Termini but we soon had a handle of favorite routes to find coffee, supermarkets and highways. As location is in the lower portion of Termini you really must have a car to get around best. Do clarify with Filippo where best to park to avoid tickets etc,

Summary: Highly recommend La casetta di Tilde as apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. Filippo #1
