This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Arranged as a "Loft," it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor: A large living space with a ceiling height of nearly 4 meters, where you will find an open kitchen, a living/dining area, a romantic corner equipped with a Backlit Balneo SPA, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (separate toilet);
Upstairs: An open bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), a reading and relaxation area (please note that the staircase is slightly steep but has 2 handrails, and the ceiling height is 1.60 meters).
The accommodation has the following amenities:
- A real Balneo SPA for 2 people equipped with jets, waterfalls, and Bluetooth audio system;
- A connected light ceiling;
- A Smart TV (with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel, and YouTube);
- A Bluetooth vinyl player;
- A reading and relaxation area.
Available for you: Bath linen, Balneo/SPA access, tea & coffee (for your check-in) ... Literature enthusiasts can enjoy some books at their disposal. And of course, the bedding will be prepared with love before your arrival :)
Upon request, we can also provide:
A parking space in an outdoor private parking lot (however, since the spaces are not nominative, we cannot guarantee that one will always be available);
Create a romantic atmosphere with rose petals and a half-bottle of champagne (extra charge of €40);
A crib.

We will be delighted to welcome you personally and show you around our beautiful apartment. If possible, we thank you for indicating your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as best as possible.
If you have any special requests, feel free to ask, we will be happy to do our best to fulfill your wishes (an additional charge may be required depending on customer requests).

## Neighborhood
The accommodation is located in the Notre-Dame district, in the city center of Le Havre, 2 steps from the sea and the main museums of the city. Just a few meters away, you will find many gourmet restaurants, shops, as well as direct access to the main public transport.
## Notes
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Check-in will be done in person between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover as best as possible.
Check-out: Between 8:00 am and 11:00 am.
We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged €20, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be required when entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests stay in the accommodation than those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of €100/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
