Positive: Very quiet - I am ultra sensitive about this, and I did not hear anything. Comfortable check-in and check-out. Own parking place. Welcome drink and biscuit. Shower and hydro massage tub as well. Recommended restaurant list (for order online). Tea making facility in the room - but there is no black tea (only fruit and green).

Negative: Hard to imagine that how the layout could be so bad: a ridiculously large living room, but you have to climb into a bed. Without any separation between the bathroom (area) and the bed, so you can makeup, shave, wash your hand, etc. from 50 cm of your partner in the bed. No nightstand beside the bed, no any place around the bed, where you can put at your mobile phone (to wake-up). No hanger in the bathroom. Bathroom carpet (not washable) is not hygienic, hotels intentionally use towels for this, it would be much more better. A manual for the hydro massage tub would be very useful. Instead of badella a chair would be more useful in the bathroom. There is no full-length mirror. They charge the full amount when booking. The host does not speak any English. I met with similar hosts, but we could always understand each other without any problem - but here, completely hopeless, we did not understand her, she did not understand us. I asked in vain but they did not provide separate duvets in the bed. Cannot be darkened enough. No great mugs (for a tea), only small cups (coffee-size).
