This beautifully renovated St. Matthews home has a great open floor plan. First floor primary bedroom is large with a king bed, offering a beautiful en suite bathroom. The new kitchen is spacious and open with a comfortable living space to hang out in with large kitchen island and wine fridge etc. There is a formal living room and dining room for entertaining. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full-bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a finished basement with TV, pool table, and full game room. There is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom located in the basement.
The Kentucky Derby Weekend and Valhalla PGA Event rental house is located in the wonderful Mockingbird Gardens neighborhood with great access to MESH restaurant, Crescent Hill Golf Course, downtown St. Matthews as well as conveniently located to downtown Louisville (4 miles) and Churchill Downs (11miles) Valhalla is located 13 miles from our home.
Great house for relaxing or enjoying a weekend of all that Louisville has to offer including our wonderful parks, bridges, restaurants and the Kentucky Derby or Valhalla Tournament! NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN RENTAL only the occupants listed on the contract maybe be at the house. Maximum 8 occupants.
