The home’s open floor plan includes a super comfortable living room, a fully stocked kitchen with seating, a dining area that seats 6. Billiards anyone? How about a game night? If you want a night in, you'll have plenty of entertainment options. Want to relax and watch the game? Our home has 7 TVs, including a 50" TV in every bedroom and a 65" in the living room! This house is equipped with everything you can think of!
MORE ABOUT THE BEDS:
Our 4 bedroom home has a master suite with a king bed, a TV, ceiling fan and is very spacious. The ensuite bath features a luxurious, jetted garden tub, a separate shower and a large vanity with dual sinks and granite top.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with it's own ensuite full bathroom; the third and forth bedrooms each have a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a second bath with a tub-shower combination.
OH, AND THE BACKYARD:
The large, enclosed backyard will blow your mind! There is a heated pool *, a propane grill, a TV and dining furniture to enjoy a barbecue feast. Our lounge chairs overlook the pool and provide ideal relaxation. Couples, friends or a family will enjoy their stay at this Old Town Scottsdale retreat in a prime location.
You'll have access to the whole home.
Since you will be renting the entire house, I will not be onsite to answer any questions, but I am just a phone call, text message or email away.

ARRIVING:
When facing 3523 N Hopi Way, please enter through the carport door on the left. Press 'Schlage' button. Then enter the personalized key-code provided to you.
Whenever you leave the house, press the 'lock' button to lock the door.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Please be sure to respect our departure time of 10AM.

PARKING: You may park in driveway or carport. Plenty of additional parking is available on street.

TEMPERATURE: Please adjust the thermostat temperature only by using up and down arrows. Thermostats are located in the living room and in the hallway.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All of this takes time and needs to be finished before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check ins. We apologize for any inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
TRASH & RECYCLING: Recycling bin is located through the gate beside the carport. The trash bin is in the back alley, and can be left by the gate in the backyard before departure.
OUTDOOR TV: Both TV and cable box must be plugged into outlet at the top shelf. Remote can be found in the living room. On remote press ‘TV’, then ‘Power’. Press ‘Cable’, Then ‘Power’. Remote is used for both cable box and TV. Please unplug and cover after use.
CHECK- OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
This home has self-checkout. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth check-out and no additional charges being billed after leaving.
Late checkout is possible (based on availability). Please see the “Additional Fees” in our house rules for more info.
1. TOWELS: Please place all dirty bathroom towels in the laundry room. Although it is a kind gesture, please do not wash any towels or linens.
2. BBQ: Grill must be cleaned (once it has cooled off);)
3. DISHES / UTENSILS / COFEE POT: Please wash and put away. If you have dirty dishes in the dishwasher, please run it before you leave.
4. RECYCLING: Please take all recycling (glass, paper, cardboard, aluminum cans) to the large bin just inside the gate beside the carport.
5. TRASH: Please leave all trash by the gate to the back alley (in the backyard).
6. FURNITURE: All furniture (indoor and outdoor) placed back it its original place
(if it was moved).
7. WINDOWS / DOORS: All windows, doors closed and locked (very important)!
8. AIR MATTRESS: If you had more than 8 guests and used the air mattresses, please make sure to deflate it.
9. LIGHTS: Please turn off all lights.
Please remember, this is a home. Failure to leave the home clean and in reasonable condition could result in additional fees of $200 - $500.
