Kokomo by Salty Stays is a beautifully presented split level Villa in Sunshine Beach near Noosa, capturing wide & stunning views over Sunshine Beach and north to Noosa National Park. Kokomo features spacious bedrooms and living areas with beautiful new relaxing decor, two roof top patios & a very cool mojo !!
The Villa is within Pacific Villas, built in the 80's art Deco feel to capture the views of Sunshine Beach and with close proximity to the shops, surf club and beach entrance. The complex is very spacious, featuring a beautiful tropical lagoon style pool. It was built in an era where substantial curved concrete walls were used as an architectural feature and to insulate against the environment and for sound insulation. This creates a solid, spacious and quality feel to Kokomo and the decor of the Villa is an appreciative stylish nod to this unique era of Queensland architecture.
The master bedroom and main level twin bedrooms are air conditioned ( Check with the property manager as the remainder of the villa is about to be air conditioned also). The Villa takes advantage of the stunning views directly east over Sunsine Beach. There are two roof top patios, one easterly and the other facing west overlooking the Noosa Hinterland - fabulous for sunsets.
We have ensured that Kokomo is provisioned with everything you need to make for a relaxing beach side holiday. Although the restaurants of Sunshine Beach Village are only a short walk from here, the kitchen at Kokomo is well fitted out for the Chef in your group. Quality crockery, cutlery, plenty of nice wine glasses and lots of useful kitchen auxiliaries to make entertaining enjoyable.
All Salty Stays properties include beach towels, generous amenities including dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, lovely bathroom amenities and other thoughtful touches that you will appreciate and would expect of a fine holiday rental property.
There are steps to every level in the Villa ( not suitable for small children or anyone who has difficulty with steps ). The lower twin bedroom is ideal for additional friends or older children as it is basically their own space - it is not connected internally to the apartment but via outside access. This room also opens out onto a lower private courtyard.
