Positive: Was given an upgrade. Asked for quiet and was given what’ I’d asked for. Managed to park on site.

Negative: Free upgrade was from single to double. But the double was 2 beds put together. Which dipped in the centre and I had to cover with a pillow for comfort.

Summary: Suited my needs.
