The space
This family friendly, 3 BD 2.5 BA home is equipped with 2 living rooms, a dedicated workspace for our business executives and professionals, a dedicated area for our coffee lovers, and an outdoor space to relax!
Living Rooms
Both living rooms are perfect places for you and your guests to relax! You will get to enjoy streaming services with our smart TV’s (75 in and 70 in) in each living room!
Washer/Dryer
We do provide onsite laundry. Please feel free to wash and dry your clothes during your stay! We provide you with detergent pods and dryer balls!
Dedicated Workspace
If you need to work from home, do school work, or anything else, we provide you with high speed internet! If you need to hardwire your device into a router with an Ethernet, you may do so with the router we provide.
Bedrooms
Each bedroom has a smart TV, which gives you access to streaming services! We do also provide access to standard cable, so you can enjoy your morning news and many other channels!
Coffee Bar
We provide each guest with many different options, such as coffee, decaf, green tea, and black tea! We will also provide you with sugar and different flavors of creamer for our coffee- drinkers!
HOUSE RULES
EARLY CHECK-INS
These are not guaranteed. VRBO allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve a check-in time prior to 4pm. An accepted request to book DOES NOT mean that your early check-in was also approved. You will need to send a message directly to the host to get approval for early check-in. This is done in order for us to make sure that we have everything prepared for you and other guests, so that you will enjoy your stay. This is an option for an additional $20, if approved by the host.
LATE CHECKOUTS
These must be approved by the host. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will be charged the next night's stay at the full price of the listing. Checking out before 12:30PM is an additional $20 (if approved) and checking out before 2PM is an additional $40 (if approved).
PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order or mail packages to this location for privacy reasons. If it is required that you need something to be mailed or delivered to this address, please reach out to the host directly.
MAINTENANCE
We ask that all guests please be patient and understanding when it comes to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor, and we are unable to fix it prior to your check-in, the host and maintenance team will work promptly in order to fix this issue. Example: blinds, lightbulbs, or anything under the “non-emergency” category. These will be addressed soon after the emergent requests are fixed (if there are any).
PETS
We do NOT allow animals. If you attempt to bring an animal, you will be charged a fine of $250. If there is a special request for a service animal, please reach out to the host directly.
PARKING
Please park in the driveway or garage. Our property only allows for a maximum of four vehicles. If there will be more than four vehicles, please reach out to the host prior to booking in order to receive approval. The street cannot be blocked, as this may be an inconvenience to the other neighbors.
PARTIES
This property enforces a strict NO-PARTY/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in the initial booking, you are going against the house rules. Any of these actions will result in a fine of $250 and any other applicable fees in order to fix what has been damaged. Our property has a device that monitors noise levels, as well as cameras on the exterior of the home, to ensure safety and compliance of the house rules.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts used dishes in the dishwasher, leaves the place how they found it). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate busy schedules, they often leave CLEAN linens in the dryer. If you do not see enough clean linens, please check the dryer.

QUIET HOURS
Please be respectful of neighbors. We ask that you to be quiet during the hours or 10pm-8am.
This house has a keyless entry, and you will have your own personal code. You will have access to the entire house, backyard, and garage. You will also be able to comfortably fit two cars in the driveway and two in the garage.
