Sol & Luna II is an attached cozy efficiency studio (in the garage) with an independent entrance and capacity for one, two or three guests. Guests in the studio are able to use the pool, patio, laundry area which is shared with the guests of the main house (6 guests) (The laundry room is on one side of the house, and it’s shared. Please feel free to use it from 7am to 10 pm).
Inside the studio you can see an open area with a small bedroom (Queen bed and closeT, a twin inflatable bed). Small and charming living room area , with a sofa couch which can also be used as a bed( by the way its very comfortable) a small kicken with a three burner stove. ( no oven) ,2 chair dinner table, and a small diswasher. We provide some starter items such as ,cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar). We don’t have TV cable, we provide Netflix.
Sol & Luna II is located 15 min from Clearwater Beach, top rated beach in the country. 15 mins from Indian Rocks, 20 minutes from St Petersburg Beach and other great beaches. We are 20-25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, close from Countryside Mall, Tampa International Mall, an many restaurants in the surrounding area. Universal Studio and Disney are around 1.5 hours from the property.
