Positive: Proximity to beach , shops within walking distance or short drive

Negative: Some maintenance issues : fridge extremely wobbly , full garbage / wizbin left on entry verandah ( garbage collection was Thursdays we arrived Saturday) had not been emptied for weeks by the smell . Could not gut our own rubbish in . Tv : free to air tv only available on apps normal programming not available. Real estate contacted re rubbish and tv , said would collect our rubbish daily didn’t happen , TV they said owners had removed aerial and that was all that was available.

Summary: Look bigger in photos , suited us for proximity.
