Outdoor living is what this place is all about. Our large, protected beach is the perfect place to kick back and watch the kids swim, and makes easy entry for kayaks. If you’re feeling more energetic play yard games on the only truly FLAT property around, or take a swing at our 9 hole frisbee golf course laid out over the almost 6 acres of property.
The boat dock is the perfect place to cast your line in our established Crappie beds. Also enjoy swimming, jumping & diving, or just floating around. The dock is positioned so that there is deep water on either side; enjoy the main entrance of Millcreek Cove, or the quiet waters on the cove side of the dock. Plenty of room to tie your boat or PWC’s. Kayaks (2) and stand up paddle boards (2) are included with your stay.
The 15x42 foot deck is the perfect place for entertaining. It features a comfortable shaded area, a dining area with large grill and griddle, and propane fire table. The large upper deck, off the master bedroom, is a nice place to get away for coffee and a view or a quiet cocktail with someone special and enjoy the beauty that surrounds.
On the road side of the house is a cool, shaded garden and plenty of parking for your cars and boat trailers.
The concrete block fire pit, on the point, is a perfect place to unwind at the end of a fun day on the Lake, with a family bonfire.
All living areas are on the ground floor, in this open, airy, air conditioned house. Ceiling fans are in almost every room, and plenty of large windows let you fully appreciate the natural beauty of this property. The kitchen is centrally located and complete with dishwasher, coffee maker (both types) and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
The Master bedroom and bath command the entire second floor. Plenty of windows, high ceiling and walk-in closet make this a special space, especially the added covered deck complete with outdoor lounging area and fire pit. Two bedrooms downstairs, one has a queen bed and a loft with an area for the kids to sleep with their sleeping bags, and the other with bunk set up single over double. There is also an air conditioned sleeping porch with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms downstairs, and one up.
The property is located right at the entrance to Millcreek Cove on the 4MM of the Gravois Arm. The Gravois Arm has recently become the new best kept secret on the Lake, due to the development of many lakefront restaurants, such as Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, Lake Burger, Cabana Jones & Jerk Shack. We’re only a short boat ride from the main channel, H Toads, and Shady Gators at the 7MM. Millcreek Cove has long been known as one of the best ski and fishing coves on the Lake, and is popular for afternoon anchoring as well.
Westport Marina and RV Park is only a mile up the road where you can launch your boat or if friends want to camp close by.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. Safe for kids, dogs, runners & golf carts. Indian Rock Golf Course is also close by. Groceries & supplies are only a short drive to Laurie, or take the Community Bridge to spend the day at the Outlet Mall in Osage Beach or shop for souvenirs at the Bagnell Dam strip.
However, with so much to do right in your own backyard, you may never want to leave!
