This house is centrally located in a quiet area of Kendall, 15 mins away for the Falls Shopping Mall, Dadeland Mall, Miami Metro Zoo and less than a mile from MDCC Miami Dade Community College. The Yellow house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Downstairs there
is Living/Dinning room 1/2 bath and also a space that serves as an entertainment/office room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed.
