Positive: Welcoming and highly competent staff, incredible sleep conditions, breakfast quality top notch, views absolutely incredible, quality room finishes, wonderful pillow selection, firm and high quality mattress.

Negative: Gym could use more equipment, champagne list limited, indoor air quality/ventilation is poor, dinner waiting time was substantial
