Positive: + The location of the room is really beautiful (Famprika beach), and if not staying there you would miss it otherwise as a visitor. + The host was really friendly, helped with reccomendations and also didn't have problem with a later check-out + The room was really clean and we got clean towels and bed sheets after 3 nights of stay (we stayed 6 nights in total) + The bathroom is decent in size + The room looks exactly the same as in the photos. Overall, I think it is a decent option for a couple of nights with a good value for money, when compared to the other options in the island that can be really pricy. With some adjustments like new utensils and more importantly air-conditioning, the rating could be 8.0/10.0.

Negative: - There is no air-conditioning. I consider this as a really important issue for a summer accomodation in Greece -The room in total is small which makes it really difficult to stay there for a lot of nights. It's not for spending any time in the room other than sleeping. Also, due to the fact that you cannot cook anything but toasts and even this can be a difficult task for the size of the kitchenette. -The fans provided in the room are really noisy. -The room is on the ground floor and it can smell a bit humid and mouldy due to the lack of proper ventilation.
