Here you can paddle board, surf, dive, snorkel or just enjoy a tranquil walk along the beach and through the stunning Monarch Beach golf course that boasts both paved and unpaved walk paths as well as cafes.
Inside the unit, two spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms await to provide you with a serene retreat after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Our gated community is guarded 24/7 by on premise security and features multiple jacuzzis, a heated pool and fitness center. Here you can rest, relax, and recharge while taking in the beauty of our Southern California coast. Whale watching, fishing and jet skiing tours all depart from the Marina.

-This is a non-smoking (of any kind) property
-Our home is located in a quiet community (no noise after 10 pm) and ideal for a relaxing time for a family, couples stay or business/conference trip requiring some work from home.
-Front door doorbell is also a camera that monitors the exterior of the home for security reasons. There are no cameras inside.
-If you are planning a party or an event, our home is unfortunately NOT for you. The violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund
-An adult must be staying at the property during the duration of rental
-No pets. We love them, but due to allergy reasons and neighbors, we cannot accommodate their stay
-We would like to keep our house clean and therefore ask to remove your shoes while inside the home
-Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and being financially responsible for any missing or broken items
-Owner is not held liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay
