Excellent and cheap house 3 bedrooms, all with A/C, it is also in the best neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta, just 5 minutes by car from the best beaches in the city at just 15 min. of the boardwalkt, The neighborhood is just a few blocks from the best nightclubs in the city such as La Santa, Strana, La Vaca Argentica Restaurant, La Leche Restaurant Internacional, etc. We are sure that you will pleasantly enjoy your vacation or long-term stay in this wonderful location.
The Space:
The house has 2 floors, which are distributed as follows. On the ground floor you can enjoy a spacious room with a double bed and a door to the patio, you also have a full bathroom outside the room. You also have a room with Smart TV and Netflix installed so you can use your own account, in the kitchen there is a breakfast bar that makes coexistence very pleasant next to the fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything you need to prepare your delicious food.
The Neighborhood:
The Fluvial Vallarta neighborhood is currently one of the most recognized in Puerto Vallarta due to its diverse connectivity with all points of interest in the city, you can be at Camarones Beach next to the La Isla shopping center in just 5 minutes by car, You are also just a few steps from the urban truck stop to transport you to any point of interest.
If it is your wish to go to the boardwalk in your car, you will only do 10 minutes driving, which makes it a privileged location. You have Plaza Caracol just a few blocks away, where you can even go walking if you wish and there you can find everything you need for your groceries.
