✪The apartment is in a large recently renovated apartment complex with upscale finishes.
✪This is an urban apartment that also houses residential tenants. While the apartment is well insulated, please be aware that it is very likely you may hear noises & smells from the surrounding neighbors or possibly from parking lot.
✪A full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & tea kettle. Completely stocked with coffee, tea, brita filtered water, flatware, cups, pots & pans, dish towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can, trash bags & paper towels
✪A full bathroom stocked with four Sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths & toiletries. 3 rolls of toilet paper also provided. Please use the black MakeUp towels to remove makeup.
✪A "washing machine and dryer combo" in the unit, located in the bathroom area. The machines are combined into one so you don’t have to take the laundry out of the machine to dry. Be aware, dry time is longer than an average, conventional dryer.
✪Additional cleaning during the stay can be requested by guests for an additional fee. A mandatory, complimentary cleaning is provided for guests who stay longer than 14 days.
✪The entire one bedroom apartment is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Only you and your traveling companion(s) will have access to the space (unless you request any maintenance or extra cleans from our service team)
✪Access to the unit through the main entrance of building, located next to the front patio. There is a lock box labeled "Jungle Quest" that houses a Key Fob that gains you access into the building, you will continue to use this during your stay. Once inside, you will take the elevator (to the left) to the 3rd floor. Exit left out of the elevator & take the hallway immediately to the left. The unit is on right side of hallway & labeled 310. ✪The reserved parking spot is directly across from the patio and is marked "310."
✪Self Check-in with the smart lock system. You will be messaged your unique code at the time of check-in.
