This large, main floor studio with charming kitchen (full service) and high ceilings, entertainment island with comfortable bar stools , full bath, and one comfortable queen bed and large sofa. Juan’s Pesco Pad is also included in the accommodations list when the the entire Resort Compound is rented by large groups.
Restaurant type kitchen with stainless refrigerator, 6-burner stove, massive counter space and super stainless sink for washing dishes. The Peso Pad includes amour and large full bath.
Juan’s Pesco Pad can sleep 2 in comfortable queen bed and maybe one on large sofa.

Summary: Location: If you like a laid-back casual feel then come to this little oasis, a 10 minute bus ride across the bridge to the Old Town of San Jose del Cabo. Don’t let the trespass sign at the front gate scare you or turn you off. This is a very safe place to be. The Pad is located at the edge of a neighborhood in what remains of an old fishing village called La Playita. A good walking beach is just below the place and a clean, protected swimming beach for locals and tourist is at the harbor just down from, but not part of, El Ganzo Hotel. Eats and Drinks: You’ll find a number of good eating places, fancy and quaint, within 6 blocks too. The closest thing to hustle and bustle in La Playita is happy hour when ex-pats and visitors appear. Pesco Pad: The Pad is very functional and clean with a mix of eclectic furniture and decor. It’s definitely not fancy but has plenty of walk around space for a studio and lots of counter space for cooking or backpack organization. The beds were good, one had a pillow top mattress pad which made it softer. There’s good lighting and three fans! Huge palms and beautiful flowers abound on this well designed lot. It’s not a huge property but there are many places to be outdoors in relative privacy which is so different than a hotel. We felt right at home because of that and the fact that the owner, John, who lives on the property, gives you your space. He’s a good guy who loaned us WD40 and tools when we needed them for our bikes and got us more towels and TP when asked. Transportation: You can get around fine without a rental car here. We would have loved to rent bikes somewhere closeby but had to go to San Jose del Cabo for that. Las Piluchos was the bike shop we rented from which is located near Walmart. Small buses to San Jose del Cabo slowly round the corner outside three times an hour so it’s super convenient to get to town and back. (Last bus from town leaves at 8:30, Cinderella. ) This was the perfect place for us. We are coming back!!
