Looking for that perfect family getaway out in the woods, yet still close to town and the beaches? Look no further than Joyful Memories! Our wonderful home is situated on 1.5 wooded acres, featuring a beautiful screened pool, large fenced backyard, and there's a freshwater canal at the back end of the property- perfect for catching Peacock Bass, or just relaxing by the water. 4 bedrooms, with the primary featuring a KING SIZED BED, and a Queen Size in one of the other 3 bedrooms. There is bedding for up to 8 guests. There's also a fire pit for relaxing around the fire and watching the amazing night skies. We also have 6 friendly chickens to give you fresh eggs! Plenty of parking for your larger family gatherings as well. We're only 2 miles away from the nearest grocery store (Publix), 20-30 minutes from the beaches and boat ramp. Speaking of boating, the owner is a USCG Licensed Master Captain and can assist you with navigating the waterways if you decide you want to rent a boat and enjoy a day on the water!
