Summary: Beautiful shaded property with all the bells and whistles. This home was very family friendly, in a fantastic location! Shopping, grocery store, liquor stores, bait shops, and so many fabulous restaurants all within 5-20 minutes away. Sleeps 12-14 people very comfortable. Nice family split plan house with an in ground pool. The first floor has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bartender kitchen (no stove) Second floor has a master bedroom, bathroom, beautiful large screen enclosed porch, and main open floor plan kitchen. Third floor is main master bedroom suite with its own bathroom. The boat ramp is extremely tight but we did get our 23’ center console Hydro Sport in/out of there without any issues. My husband is a Class A driver and he did have to use his expert level driving and trailer backing skills to use it. (If you are not an expert, I wouldn’t recommend using the boat ramp) There are several kayaks/paddle boards on property. The owner was very responsive to my questions/texts/inquiries. Fisherman, this property is on the bay side but has extremely easy ocean side access through Tavernier Creek. It is on a murky canal, but as soon as you clear the canal it is clear and beautiful. We did have manatees and dolphin visit almost daily. There is a outside bait freezer, cleaning table with water, only thing that would make this home a fisherman’s paradise is a commercial ice machine.
