This contemporary home is located minutes from Historic Downtown Waynesville and with 3 queen bedrooms and 3 baths plus spacious loft, sleeps 6, offering plenty of space for family and friends. With views from each level, you will feel like you have gotten away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world yet still are close to town. Enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage from oversized Adirondack chairs on the front deck or from the spacious side deck adjacent to the main floor. Can't you smell the steaks cooking on the charcoal grill?
Entering from the lower floor, the downstairs includes a game room featuring a convertible game table / pool table console, arcade console and large flat screen TV. A queen bedroom and bath complete the lower level.
Moving upstairs to the main level you’ll find the open living and dining area with beautiful hardwood floors, stacked rock gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. You'll find it a perfect place to gather for a family meal as you look out to the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance. The large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops will be the favorite of the chef in your group. Also on the main floor is another queen bedroom and bath.
