Positive: Amazing staff and the food was amazing! The beds were sooo comfortable! The communication was excellent before the trip. They emailed us what train and buses to take and where to rent skis. They had a van to shuttle us to different ski areas and suggested which areas to ski based on what kind of skiers we are. The onsens were so peaceful and clean. Exceeded our expectations!

Summary: One of the most peaceful and pleasant stays we have had any where…and, we have traveled the world extensively.
