Summary: The problem started with checking in. Reservation could not be found and the office staff consisted of one of the cleaning ladys. Had to leave and come back a couple of hours later and same lady was still at the desk. So we paid for another room and settled in. After a couple of hours the manager said they had things sorted out and they found our original Reservation and they would refund our money for our stay.other than that,everything was ok.
