Summary: The first issue with this VRBO is that the contact information for who you contact with questions or concerns is not correct, Evolve (property management company) sent me an email saying Turnify is who I contact, I called them and they told me that they no longer manage for Evolve... it took some digging, but I found the number for Evolve and they gave me a number for someone else who I called and left a message for regarding possibly checking in early. No return call... The bigger issue with this property is the location/neighborhood. When we pulled up to the home, there was a group of people in front of the house next-door. This group of people were very intimidating and frankly scared us (including my teen age son). We quickly got into the house dropped off our belongings and went to the concert we were in town for. We returned later that night and found that there were large groups of people in the street and again, we didn't feel safe. Each time we went in and left the house, there was a strong odor of marijuana that lingered into the house. Overall, we felt very unsafe in this home and ended up getting up very early the next morning and leaving to check in to a hotel (left one day early). I have booked homes through VRBO for several years without issue, however this truly was a terrible experience and I will question booking another home. Also, I did read all reviews on this home as I always do and there was no mention of previous guests feeling unsafe.
