Located just 3.5 miles from Flintfields Horse Park, home to the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival and American Gold Cup Horse Shows. We specialize in hosting our Equestrian friends and provide a spotless clean, quiet, relaxing home for you to enjoy while staying in Williamsburg. Our home is generously stocked and well appointed with brand new mattresses, luxury linens and many extra amenities for your convenience. 2023 is our first summer available for rental after just completing an extensive renovation. All bedrooms and sun room have been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling with new paint, carpet, fixtures, mattresses and furniture. Each room in the house has been meticulously furnished and decorated to create a tranquil and functional space. We can't wait to share this home with you!
As beautiful as it is on the inside, you'll want to immerse yourself in nature as this contemporary home is nestled in a mature forest. Walk the peaceful and scenic paths through the woods to the meandering creek that stretches across the property. See all kinds of wildlife and hear the Wood Thrashers sing high above you. Watch for bald eagles, fox, coyote, and occasional bear. You will feel your shoulders relaxing as you inhale the clean, fresh air and take in the beauty surrounding you. Acute House in the Woods is conveniently located within minutes to shopping, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, Turtle Creek Casino, wineries, and so much more, but you will feel a million miles away in this serene environment. The large kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. You may enjoy eating at the island, in the formal dining room, or in the sun room. The bedrooms provide comfortable beds and luxurious linens for a restful night's sleep. A new sofa sleeper with a memory foam Miracle Mattress provides another option for sleeping arrangements. While the house is very nice, you'll likely want to spend a good deal of time outside. There is a big bonfire pit available as well as a gas grill for cooking out.
This is a smoke-free, dog-friendly property. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, fully potty-trained pooches. Owners reside in the lower level of the house, which is privately blocked off from the rest of the home. Guests have access to the entire house and property except for the basement, garage, a small private patio area, and out-buildings. More photos are coming as we continue to prepare our new listing!
