UNFORGETTABLE ON LAKE JOE - This beautiful property greets you with flat grassy land and a glassed in front deck with BBQ and Muskoka chair seating. Around the lake side of the cottage are separate decks (one off of the primary bedroom with Muskoka chairs) and the other off of the kitchen with dining table that seats six and umbrella. A gentle walk down flagstone steps leads you down to log seating at the water's edge where you are greeted by a two slip boathouse, large deck with 2 jet ski lifts and along with 8 chaise loungers and 2 umbrellas. Water depth of 8 feet off the dock makes for great swimming, fishing and water sports.
