Positive: New, modern, and fresh look.

Negative: I decided to write this review because I was misled by the high rating of the property (9.1) and especially the cleanliness score (also 9.1), as well as the many comments praising how clean it was. When we arrived, the apartment matched the photos – it looked new, modern, and fresh. At first glance, it appeared clean, but that’s where it ended. We made the mistake of taking off our shoes and quickly realized the floor was actually quite dirty. In some places, there were even small stones sticking to our feet. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the most disappointing part. When we went to bed, we noticed that the bed sheets had most likely not been changed. There was visible dirt – possibly food crumbs – and also a long black hair, which definitely did not belong to us. I’m writing this review because I chose this place specifically for its high cleanliness ratings, which turned out to be misleading. Maybe we were just unlucky, but for me it is unacceptable for bed sheets not to be changed in a rental apartment. We will definitely visit Torino again, but we will certainly not choose this property.
