House sits directly across from fresh water pond with Private Beach access to PINECREST BEACH for swimming, fishing & kayaking. You can use our bikes on property to ride around our beautiful Pond.. 1 mile to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and ferry in beautiful downtown Falmouth. 2 miles to town beaches makes it perfect to reduce the traffic. Our home has all the amenities & then some, included are sheets & towels, also paper products. Central Air Conditioning, Free Cable & WIFI, 3 TV's & DVDs , printer & fax. Laundry Room. We include all beach accessories, umbrellas, coolers and fishing poles. Also Porto Crib & High chair.
