What We Love
This stunning, recently-remodeled Columbus home showcases lakefront living at its finest! Get outside and enjoy the pleasant air while kayaking, fishing off the dock, and gathering around the firepit.

Nestled in a prime location, appreciate having access to many of the area's attractions and businesses. These include the Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi State, the Golden Triangle Airport, and the Baptist Hospital.

Inside, gleaming living quarters will fill your vision the moment you walk in the door. Boasting open-concept living at its finest, maximize family time as you hang out in the full kitchen and spacious living room. The modern kitchen features ample meal prep space, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and a large center island. Dine overlooking the lake in the sunny formal dining room.

The living room has been adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and tasteful artwork. From here, effortlessly walk into each of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and the separate laundry room. The bedrooms are places of peace with their high-quality linens, central air-conditioning, and ample storage space. Upstairs, an additional loft room is available with private balcony access.

Outside, a massive lake-view deck awaits many sunny afternoons. Fire up the gas grill and host a sweet summer barbecue as the kids dip their toes in the water. As evening dawns, sit and enjoy the orange, pink, and yellow hues of the sunset meeting the water.

House Rules
-Three kayaks are available for guest use located under the deck.
-Guests will need to provide their own firewood for the firepit.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an outdoor camera at each corner of the home, as well as a doorbell camera on the front door.

Dock details: Get outside and enjoy the pleasant air while kayaking, fishing off the dock.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
