Cozy, comfortable and fully furnished home equipped with all you’ll need for your stay in Rochester. There are hardwood floors throughout the home with 6 total bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the second floor. Located just one block from Mayo's pedestrian tunnel system w/ climate controlled access to Mayo Clinic and downtown.This is a smoke-free and pet-free home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, baking sheets, coffee maker, tupperware, and more! The home comes furnished with towels, linens, organic cotton sheets and comfortable new beds. Wifi, extensive cable channels, Apple TV, dvd player and filtered drinking water are all available. Guests have access to both the main floor and second floor of the home.

Summary: As with many people who visit Rochester, our family had an unexpected trip to Mayo. After several days of hopping from one hotel to another we decided to consolidate and saty at Kudsky. The space and location were comfortable and convenient. The house is laid out so there are areas for gathering and much needed respite. We will definitely stay again.
