This spacious, fully furnished one bedroom1st floor apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need for your vacation getaway. Home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shops and restaurants. Guests are welcome to use the firepit, and gazebo in the spacious fenced backyard. Guests may use the gas grill on the deck however, it's primarily used by the owner. Free street parking available. Small dogs (2) ok. Will have use of doggie door to fenced backyard. Some guests have commented that the place reminds them of ship captain's house. Monthly rentals @ 40-50% discount depending on length of stay.
