Positive: The courteous staff, smiley & helpful… seemed a good & happy team!

Negative: The shower room door had to be literally ‘run at’ to open from within! The loo rolls no doubt eco friendly but placed on their holders so looking down to the roll side ….they were so grey not sure if they had been stacked in dust! Carpets the like of 1980’s office carpet tiles & felt so tacky.

Summary: Not good value but the staff as said… excellent.
